Schedule delays & last weeks summary & NEW color

Regretfully, access to the Internet complications along with a camping trip planned for late tomorrow evening until Sunday have been, and will be, interfering with my ability to post consistently.  However, following this weekend, I will be more available to remain more consistent, and keep focus on the color task at hand.  My plan is to utilize a color throughout this week and still report on it as normal, but the postings will all be compiled into one or two posts later next week.  Thank you for you patience and understanding.

That being said, the listed benefits for Baker-Miller Pink include the following:

List ONE suggests:
  • stress relief
  • appetite suppressant
  • reduced aggression
List TWO suggests:
  • appetite suppressant
  • relaxation
  • stress relief
  • calming aggression

My EXPERIENCE with Baker-Miller Pink:
  • My BP at start of week = 101/84, My BP at week's end = 102/74
  • some appetite suppressing--I was eating very light all last week:salads with fruits & nuts mixed in.
  • I suppose calming aggression occurred, but I am not that aggressive to begin with; however, I seemed to have tapped into a sense of better communication and listening while wearing this color.
  • some stress relief--this relates to the better communication.
  • difficulty reading
  • eye strain (some ocular pain), perhaps related to the difficulty reading
  • personal insight related to the masculine/feminine ego ideology
*personal note: I don't foresee wearing these again anytime soon (following the experiment) as the ocular pain and browning effect (noted in a previous entry) were very dissatisfying to me.

This week's N E W  C O L O R : A Q U A
Stay tuned for updates, but please be patient with this busy week ahead.  Thank you.
