Yesterday was the last day of Week-Two;
Aqua. Yesterday, I was so calm while walking across the street (to an antique shop looking for beads in Sellwood, OR) that some "bad-ass" on a bicycle thought it would be cool to yell "GO!...Get moving!" and try and start a fight with me. Luckily my Color Therapy kicked in and I replied "Keep on riding bro." Which upset me because this guy was clearly not my bro. Ha ha! But, he kept on riding. Anyway...so, my overall experience with
Aqua consists of the following:
I have been consistently calm,
Perhaps a little more open minded,
Reading is much easier,
Very little stress, and
I have not experienced as much headaches in the last week as I normally do.
Here is the combined listed items from the possible suggested benefits for
Aqua:
Irritations, itching and inflammation of the skin
Rebuild the skin when damaged by burns, scratches, infections or sores.
Relieve pain from burns. Helps with scaring
Remove muscle fatigue toxins from the body. Relieve aches and pains
Fever
Harmonize all circulation processes
A mild sedative with no side effects
Dyslexia. Read more about dyslexia and color.
Headaches relief
Macular degeneration. Reported to improve vision and relieve stress on the eyes.
Openness
Relaxation
Purity
Calm, and
Stress-relief
That being said, at this point all I can tell you is that I really DO love
Aqua. Very soothing and wearable practically anywhere indoor, outdoor, good weather, bad weather, conversationally social, and fairly stylish. It's a good color for me, in my experience.
Next up: Tomorrow is the start of Week-Three: MAGENTA! I've secretly been awaiting the pick of this color. These are awesome! However, I have only worn them for a minute or two up to this point. Hopefully, I am not having unrealistic expectations for these ones. ;^)
