Better communication with my surroundings and with you are in fact promoters of balance, harmony, and sensitivity. Whereas a stimulated digestive system has the great potential to increase the risk of healthier communication. I mean, if I'm all jammed up I'm bound to experience an inner discord that will in turn reflect itself in the way I am communicating with others. When the digestive system is working at an optimal level then communication is most certainly going to be improved because when our insides are communicating with each other properly then it only makes sense that our outsides would reflect that (i.e. when my body is functioning in wellness with itself, I, in turn, will then be functioning in wellness with you).
